Attorney Darlene M. Daniele, of Salem Legal Services, LLC. Our firm's mottos are: "A Lawyer for Our Community" and "Professional Service with a Personal Touch". Darlene graduated from Suffolk University Law School, and has been practicing law since, as a member of the Massachusetts bar. Her experience has been in a small firm setting, handling matters which range from real estate conveyancing to personal injury to bankruptcy.
After starting her own law practice, and becoming a member of the New Hampshire bar, she added teaching to her accomplishments as a part-time instructor for seven (7) semesters in the paralegal program at Northern Essex Community College.
Her extensive community service includes serving from 2001-2002 as President of the Methuen, MA/Salem/NH Rotary Club; as Chair of Community Service Projects, she has initiated several community programs during her more than nineteen (19) year association with the Club. She was also named "Rotarian of the Year" in June of 2010 by the Methuen/Salem Rotary Club, and in 2008 she received the Club's "4 Avenues of Service" award.
She is currently serving as the Junior Warden of Grace Church Lawrence. She is a member of the New Hampshire Worker's Compensation, Corporate Business & Banking Sections of the New Hampshire Bar; and a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
She has strong community ties, having lived with her husband and children in Salem for more than 28 years. She is proud that her children have attended, and graduated from, the Salem Public Schools.
Paula has worked in various capacities since 2004, beginning as a file clerk and currently a full-time paralegal, working on bankruptcy, social security claims, personal injury cases, family law and general litigation support. Paula is a graduate of Hesser College with a BS in Parole and Probation, a BS in Law Enforcement and an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies.
